Honey Barbecue Ribs

Cut spare ribs into serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper place in crock pot on low for 6 to 7 hours. Drain drippings and add barbecue sauce for the last hour.


HONEY BARBECUE SAUCE:
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup honey
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar (lemon juice can be substituted)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce


Sauce also works with chicken.
