Apple Cider Crisp


 6 small apples, pared and cut into thin slices
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Pour brown sugar and cider over sliced apples. Sprinkle rolled oats over top and fold in well. Put microwave oven on high for 5 minutes, then fold in walnuts and serve warm or chilled.
